Coaching with Animals

Helen has been instrumental in my growth as a leader. With her patience and clear insight, she helps me see situations from a different perspective - a perspective where I'm actually not as hard on myself as I have been. Sessions with Helen have allowed me to take a step back, see the scenarios in front of me from an empowered POV which is such a better place from which to make decisions. This has been a game-changer for me. She also connects with my dog in the sessions, as he is another coach of mine, to also see how I'm doing and how I can work with him to gain trust in myself. These sessions have been wonderfully supportive and I highly recommend them!
