Setting the Path Out of The Pause

4-Part Women’s Virtual Retreat Series

Many people have viewed what we have been experiencing over the last 6 months as a “pause”.  The global pandemic has caused all of us to pause at one time.  This pause has required that we stop what we “normally do” completely or figure out a way to do it differently.

Many of us thought this pause would be a very temporary pause and then things would bounce right back into being the same as they were before.

As the time has expanded and the novelty has worn off, people have experienced a range of emotions, sometimes even within a short period of time they are frustrated, concerned, sad, scared and even excited by the pause we are experiencing.

This pause is now lingering longer than most of us had imagined.  What will it be like when we finally move through this pause?  How do you get ready to un-pause?

Helen created this 4-part retreat series to support you over the next 4 months.  Together we will tackle tough topics such as:

  • giving yourself permission to take some downtime during this pause
  • considering what things make you unique that perhaps you have been hiding before this pause occurred,
  • shifting your perspective with gratitude and
  • creating your personal definition of success

Please join Helen for one, two, three or all four of these online virtual women’s retreats.  There will be laughter, discussion and even maybe some tears…but the most important thing is you will be surrounded by women who also want to start setting the path out of the pause.

“Very rare to find the world simultaneously in a great pause; take this time to find out who you truly are and what you truly want to do. This kind of opportunity is fleeting.” ~ Matthew Warzel

Information about each of the four retreats:

Time Out

During this retreat, you will give yourself permission for some well-deserved downtime and together we will focus on rejuvenating self-care that you can benefit from over and over again.

The Rebel in You

During this retreat, you will identify what makes you exclusively you! Instead of covering up these unique qualities up, you’ll bring them to light and honor them, allowing them to shine.

The Power of Gratitude

During this retreat, you will discover different ways you can express gratitude and make time to be grateful, even in difficult times.

Success Your Way

During this retreat, you will uncover and honor your unique definition of success, as well as, figure out your immediate next step(s) to set the path out of the pause and into 2021.
