I have discovered combining animals with coaching provides incredible insights for my clients.

Your animal is working on lessons to help you become the best version of yourself. When we work together, you will hear from your animal what that lesson is, how to work on it with him/her and how it relates to your mission.

Coaching with Animals takes my regular animal communication reading a giant step further. You will also receive coaching support as you work on your lesson and areas of your life you want to change. In the process, you’ll:

  • gain clarity
  • move forward
  • begin to make the impact you have always dreamed of making. 

During each coaching meeting you’ll receive information from your animal about how you’re doing, what’s next, what more you can do, etc.

This process is a wonderful way to continue to build your relationship with your animal, while you learn and grow!

It is easy to move through life and not take the time to continue to challenge ourselves to be the best version of one's self.  Often it is intimidating to acknowledge our challenging areas to another person while also being open to making a change.  Working with Helen as a coach has allowed me to embrace the "hard" things and be able to celebrate all the wonderful things I already have! Helen empowers me to develop a plan to make both my professional and personal life the best they can be; even on the not so great days.  In my most recent coaching package, we added a layer of soul level animal communication.  Like most animal people, I often relate better to my horse or my dogs than people and found it very effective to look to them for guidance and ongoing feedback on my journey.
